Our clinic provides a welcoming reception, a gym area and 2 treatment rooms.   At Mansfield Park Physiotherapy we aim to find the root cause of your pain and use a hands on approach for assessment and treatment. We understand everyone responds to treatment differently which is why we have a range of options available to ensure the best possible result. We always work as a team to rehabilitate you back to optimum health and also have excellent links with local Orthopaedic consultants for further investigation when required. One thing is for sure, we will not endlessly treat you with no sign of improvement!

HANNAH GADSDEN

CLINICAL DIRECTOR & LEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Hannah set up Mansfield Park Physiotherapy as an expansion Rider Focus Physiotherapy Ltd. Hannah specialises in treating horse riders and is the current physio for the GB Para-Dressage team with the British Equestrian Federation which she juggles with running the growing clinic at Mansfield Park Physio.

Hannah also has a long background competing and coaching in trampoline gymnastics and enjoys treating younger clients with sport related injuries.

​

 Hannah goes above and beyond to ensure the right diagnosis and treatment plan for her clients! She also enjoys helping her team of therapists develop with in house training and joint sessions with more complex cases.

 

When not in clinic Hannah enjoys riding and competing her horse, Mary, or being out with her and Sams' puppy, Hugo! 

LIZ MCGOUN

SENIOR OSTEOPATH, acupuncturist, VESTIBULAR SPECIALIST & appi reformer pilates instructor

Liz has worked around Hampshire and Surrey for over 27 years as a saddle fitter with the Society of Master Saddlers and as an Animal Physiotherapist. More recently Liz has branched out to complete her human Osteopathy training and is now enjoying working with two-legged clients as well as four!

 

Liz has qualified in acupuncture and is able to offer this as part of your treatment. She has also completed extra training in treating Vestibular Conditions such as BPPV.

 

Liz has a kind and sympathetic manor and is excellent with hands on manual therapy, manipulations and helping alleviate both acute pain and more chronic, persistent issues.

 

When not in clinic Liz can be found enjoying a walk with her dog, Morris!

HOLLY STUART

Senior PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Holly qualified as a Human Physiotherapist in 2017 and since then has worked both for the NHS and in private settings, including time with Portsmouth Rugby Club, providing her with insight and specialist knowledge into the demands of human athletes. ​When not treating humans, Holly is out and about offering physiotherapy to dogs and horses. As well as working for the Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick! Holly is an enthusiastic and motivational physiotherapist and with her excellent diagnostic skills, manual therapy techniques and evidenced based rehabilitation, she will have you back on track in no time.

Holly enjoys keeping fit at the gym and out in nature, riding and more recently looking after her gorgeous baby girl!

SOPHIE ZAHARA

BSc SPORTS THERAPy, msC SPORT & Exercise biomechanics, appi matwork pilates instructor and aqua-therapist

Sophie graduated in 2023 and is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. During her time at University Sophie has gained a wide knowledge of sporting injuries and etiologies, that enable her to use a hands-on approach when treating whether that be manual therapy or soft tissue work.  A key aspect in Sophies work is designing rehabilitation programmes that can be regressed or progressed to challenge you and get you back to function.

 

Sophie has completed her Sports Trauma Management course and her masters in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics.

 

In her free time, you will find Sophie riding or running!

SAM PRITCHARD

PERSONAL TRAINER, APPI matwork & reformer 
INSTRUCTOR AND MSc STUDENT PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Sam is a CIMPSA accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and an APPI trained Matwork & Reformer Pilates Instructor, who is also studying for his Masters in Physiotherapy.

 

Sam works in conjunction with our therapists to help you to return you to function and sport stronger than pre-injury level. With his interest in injury rehabilitation and pain management he works with all levels of clients in a calm and encouraging manor.

 

In his free time, you will find Sam playing tennis, out surfing or walking his and Hannahs' dog, Hugo!
