We understand that sometimes gyms can be intimidating places or it can be hard to know where to start. Even more so if you have had an injury and are trying to get back into training.
Sam specialises in Personal and Small group training in the rehabilitation setting, for those recovering from back or joint pain. Sam works closely with our therapists to progress you on from your rehabilitation sessions, and enjoys working with clients recovering from pain or injuries, whatever their level or goals. Sam is currently studying for his Msc in Physiotherapy so his understanding of anatomy and injuries is every expanding!

12 week Wellness Challenge to improve your health - Great if you have been told you have high blood pressure, cholesterol or need to loose weight.

Body Balance Classes - Mobility and Core Strength based class held in our clinic Tuesday 7pm. Thursday 6pm.

Tennis and Surf Fitness - As a competitive tennis player and a keen surfer, Sam loves helping improve strength and fitness for these specific disciplines!
Sam also has access to a great local gym, ARH, in Fourmarks. So if you need more than rehabilitation training, we have use of a fully equipped gym to take you to the next level!

Sam is a CIMPSA accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, who has a special interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention. Sam has completed a postgraduate in Sports Nutrition too. With his simple and honest methods, he is able to offer services in weight management, improvements for physical performance and health, and ways of implementing lifestyle behaviour change. Sam works closely with the practitioners to develop a programme to return you to function and sport stronger than pre-injury level. With his motivational ways you will strive to achieve your fitness goals. In his free time, you will find Sam playing tennis or out surfing!
