PRE & POST OPERATION REHABILITATION
We have an excellent rehabilitation gym space set up at our Physiotherapy Clinic which enables us to provide effective pre and post-operation rehabilitation.
Before any orthopaedic surgery it is important to be as mobile and strong as you can be, to enable a better recovery process afterwards. We support you through what to expect going into hospital and what to expect post surgery. By seeing you pre-op means we get to you know you and your body so we can plan the best post-op care for you. Once you are ready after surgery, guided by your surgeon and your progress, we can then use our gym facilities to get you back to full mobility and strength. We can help you return to everyday function safely and effectively, and even tailor rehab to your specific sport if required!
We can offer a block rehabilitation package and this will include extra use of the rehab gym between your sessions with a program set by your physio. Please contact us for more information.

Hannah set up Mansfield Park Physiotherapy as an expansion of her other practice, Rider Focus Physiotherapy Ltd. As a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Hannah specialises in treating horse riders but has now expanded to offer services to everyone at her clinic in Medstead. She is also affiliated with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, enabling her to offer acupuncture as part of your treatment. Hannah has worked in several local school settings providing Physiotherapy for sports injuries and with Hampshire’s top Orthopaedic consultants, rehabilitating clients following surgery. Hannah goes above and beyond to ensure the right diagnosis and treatment plan for her clients! When not in clinic Hannah enjoys being out riding or running!
