PHYSIOTHERAPY
As Physiotherapists we are specialists in assessing and treating musculoskeletal pain and injuries. We are proactive and aim to find the root cause of your problem. After a thorough assessment, we combine hands on treatments, using best evidence based practice, and provide education and advice on managing your pain and rehabilitating you in a way that suits your lifestyle. If we need more information on your injury we do not hesitate to refer you on for imaging either through your GP or privately. This extra information helps us provide you with the best treatment plan possible.
We work closely with our other therapists, and use their skills and expertise to help with your journey if we need to. This may be for Acupuncture with our Osteopath Liz, Rehabilitation sessions with our Sports Therapist, Sophie, or 121 Pilates with Sophie or Sam, or even Personal Training at a nearby gym, ARH, with Sam if you need a higher level of strength.
