INJURY REHABILITATION & PILATES
Pilates is a great for correcting muscle imbalances, working on postural and body awareness, as well as encouraging core stability, flexibility, and endurance. It is easy to adapt the intensity of the movements either by using multiple limbs or adding in resistance through a variety of equipment that we have in our small gym. We offer small group sessions and 121’s.

Our pilates classes and 121 sessions are run by either Ali or Sophie. Our teaching style is positive and encouraging and we are able to adapt sessions to suit most people and classes are always good fun!
