Our pilates classes and 121 sessions are run by our fab team of therapists. We have all been through the APPI training courses, work together on planning sessions and complete regular training.

 

Our teaching style is positive and encouraging and we are able to adapt sessions to suit most people and classes are always good fun!

We teach Matwork & Small Group Reformer. Due to classes being led by our therapists, our costs do reflect the smaller groups and the depth of knowledge and expertise we bring to the classes. Suitable for all abilities and we can work with you to adapt exercises around your issues safely.

We suggest a 121 assessment prior to joining a group if you are new to Matwork Pilates or Reformer Pilates. Please contact reception to arrange this.
